Swayam Prakash Panda is the Founder of Odisha Vastram and Director of BYSP Internet Services LLP.
Born and raised in Abhimanpur, Badamba, in Cuttack district — near the renowned handloom clusters of Nuapatna and Maniabandha — he grew up witnessing both the craftsmanship and the commercial challenges of Odisha's weaving communities.
He founded Odisha Vastram to create sustainable, direct market access for sellers, artisans, and craft communities. Having seen how skilled makers are held back by limited market reach and dependence on intermediaries, he set out to build a platform that connects them directly with customers across India.
Under his direction, Odisha Vastram is being built as a technology-enabled marketplace that handles marketing, customer support, logistics, and operations on sellers' behalf. Since June 2025, he has led the development of the platform, with the goal of building one of India's most trusted destinations for authentic, well-made products — beginning with the textile and craft heritage of Odisha.

With a background in engineering, software development, and digital product creation, she leads the technology behind the platform. Her work spans software engineering, product architecture, systems design, and platform development — turning the company's plans into reliable, scalable digital systems.
At Odisha Vastram, she is responsible for building the technology infrastructure that powers the marketplace and for ensuring a dependable experience for sellers, customers, and partners. She is focused on building systems that support the platform's long-term growth.

Smruti Sagar Sukla is the Co-Founder and Operations Lead of Odisha Vastram and a Designated Partner of BYSP Internet Services LLP.
He leads operations, seller and artisan engagement, partnerships, and day-to-day business coordination. With a practical approach to problem-solving and a close understanding of local communities and market dynamics, he works directly with artisans, vendors, and partners to execute the platform's mission on the ground.
His responsibilities include operational management, community outreach, vendor success, public relations, and strategic partnerships. He focuses on building strong relationships and efficient systems that support sustainable growth while keeping a people-first approach.
